Vide order dated 22.10.2013, the appellant was directed to deposit the awarded amount, and the matter was adjourned sine die till then. 2.

On 03.07.2025, Court notices were issued to both the appellant and also his counsel, which, has been successfully served upon the counsel of the appellant, though qua the appellant it has returned "Unserved". However, there is no appearance on behalf of the appellant today. 3.

Not only that, despite passage of almost twelve years, no deposit has been made till now.

It seems that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

As such, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution and for non-appearance.
