The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he has preferred an appeal against an order dated 23.05.2018 passed by the Licensing Authority, before the Administrator (Hon'ble Lieutenant Governor, NCT of Delhi). It is stated that the said appeal is now listed for hearing on 19.09.2018. In the aforesaid view, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue his remedies before the Administrator. He, however, requests that no coercive steps be taken till the said appeal is disposed of. 2.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his appeal. It is clarified that till the disposal of the said appeal, no coercive steps shall be taken by the respondent. VIBHU BAKHRU, J JULY 10, 2018/MK
