% 11.07.2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks deletion of R-4 from the array of parties. It is so ordered. The petitioner seeks restrainment of R-5, a private citizen from his moving outside the country i.e. from India to any other country. The case is still under investigation.

Ms. Kamna Vohra states that the petitioner's complaint before the CAW Cell, Saket is under examination and the case is being dealt with by the Family Welfare Committee, Saket District Court, New Delhi.

No case is presently made out for the relief sought. Additionally,

the Court would note that steps have not been taken by the petitioner to serve respondent no. 5 in terms of the previous order. The petition is dismissed as being pre-mature.
