% 02.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges have been framed by the trial Court.

Petitioner has been charged with the offence under Section 411 IPC. He is in custody for the last more than eight months. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
