Present application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.PC read with Section 482 Cr.PC seeking bail in case FIR NO. 1193/2017 under Section 323/341/506/308/34 IPC registered at Police Station - Usman Pur.

Brief facts necessary for disposal of the present application are that the complainant went to the shop of the petitioner to purchase plastic cover where scuffle took place between the complainant and the petitioner. Complainant alleged that the petitioner alongwith his sons Shamim and Salman gave beatings to him and he received grave injuries and became unconscious. On gaining conscious, he found himself in hospital.

Learned APP for the State appears on an advance notice. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case; that the petitioner was arrested on 30.04.2018 and he has been in judicial custody since 01.05.2018.

On the other hand, learned APP for the State contends that the complainant received grave injuries and after medical examination of the complainant Section 308 IPC was added; that another complaint dated 07.05.20148 has been made by the complainant against the sons of the petitioner that they are continuously pressurizing him not to oppose the bail application or he will face the dire consequences. 6.
Heard.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, I do not find it appropriate to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the present application is dismissed. 8.
Copy of the order be given dasti, as prayed.
