% 15.06.2018 By these applications, the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 176/2018 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at Police Station - Hari Nagar, Delhi.

BAIL APPLN. Nos. 1394-96/2018

Complainant is present in court today.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some matrimonial dispute arose between the parties which led to the registration of the FIR in the instant case. He further submits that the parties have arrived at a settlement and entered into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 15.06.2018 filed in Court today. Same is taken on record. Complainant is present in Court today and submits that she has resolved her issues with the petitioners and she has no objection if the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail.

Statements of the parties have been recorded separately. In view the of settlement arrived at between the parties, I find it appropriate to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Duty Magistrate and they will not leave the territorial jurisdiction of Delhi NCR without prior permission of the Trial Court and shall join the investigation as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.

Applications stand disposed of.
