% 04.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per complainant, petitioner had given brick blow to the complainant. Injured has already been discharged, inasmuch as, charge sheet has been filed. Petitioner is in custody for more than six months, therefore, he may be released on bail. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
