% 13.06.2018 The petitioner filed the present application under Section 439 Cr.PC seeking interim bail in case FIR No. 198/2017 under Sections 21-25-29 NDPS Act registered at Police Station - Crime Branch on the ground that his wife has to undergo a surgery for Obstructive Jaundice with Dilated Common Bileduct. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that he wishes to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh application as and when surgery is fixed.

Accordingly, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application.
