% 04.11.2024 Present petition has been filed seeking cancellation of the anticipatory bail granted to respondents no.2 and 3 by the Additional Sessions Judge vide order dated 02.06.2018 in case FIR no.385/2017 registered at PS G.T.B.Enclave under Section 420 IPC.
At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that in FIR No. 385/2017 registered at Police Station G.T.B. Enclave, the investigating officer has already filed a cancellation report. Since the cancellation report has been filed, I consider the present petition to have become infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that a protest petition will be filed.
