% 25.06.2018 Status report has been filed. The missing girl Ms.Rachna, has been brought and produced in the Court by the Investigating Officer. We have interacted with the missing girl in the Court as also in the Chamber.

She is a minor.

She does not wish to accompany her parents. She submits that she may be sent to Nirmal Chhaya, New Delhi.

In the circumstances, since she is a minor and does not wish to accompany her parents or reside with them, it is directed that she may be handed over in Nirmal Chhaya, New Delhi where all her well being shall be taken care of.
