% 08.02.2019 The petitioner seeks parole. However, his family members residing at the addresses furnished by the petitioner, have informed the police that they do not wish to have anything to do with the petitioner, let alone be in his company under the same roof during the period of parole or for any other reason. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the petitioner is undergoing a life sentence for having been convicted under sections 302/307 IPC; he had murdered his father and grievously stabbed his mother. It is in these circumstances that his family members do not wish to have any relationship with the petitioner.
