O R D E R

% 25.07.2018 The petitioner was granted interim bail by order dated 16.03.2018 (in Bail Application no.315/2018), primarily against the backdrop that she was in an advanced stage of pregnancy. She delivered a child on 22.05.2018. Taking this into account and also the need for her to take care of her two other children, interim bail was extended by order dated 13.06.2018 in the present matter, it being Bail Application no.1415/2018, whereby regular bail is pressed in the case arising out of FIR No.582/17, P.S. New Ashok Nagar, Under Sections 376/323/506 Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 6 of Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 4/5 of The Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956. The interim bail was further extended by subsequent orders.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor confirms that the prosecutrix has already been examined as PW-1, other witnesses being formal primarily relating to the investigative process. BAIL APPLN. 1415/2018

In these circumstances, the interim bail granted by order dated 16.03.2018 is made absolute for the pendency of the criminal case arising out of FIR No.582/17, P.S. New Ashok Nagar. The petitioner will furnish fresh personal bond and surety bond in its terms before the trial court within a week hereof.

The petition is disposed of.
