By this petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file special leave petition and maintain social ties. 2.
On a notice being issued a status report has been filed. As per the status report, the factum that the family of the petitioner, comprising of his parents and brother is residing at Village Bihari Bigha, PS Pandarak, Dist. Patna, Bihar has been verified.

As per the nominal roll, petitioner has undergone nearly four years nine months of imprisonment out of the seven years awarded to him including remissions. Petitioner has been in continuous custody for the said period.

Considering the facts verified and the nominal roll, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of W.P.(CRL) 1919/2018
his release on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `15,000/- with one surety of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court.

Petition is disposed of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
