% 04.07.2018 The petitioner seeks to comply with the order of learned ASJ passed on 01.05.2018 which had directed payment of Rs. 2 Lacs to the complainant in three weeks thereof. The money had not been paid till now. As noted in the subsequent order of 01.06.2018, the court is of the view that the compliances etc. would have to be done before the Court concerned and the application for Regular Bail would be maintainable before the appropriate court.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this Bail Application and seeks to withdraw the same and move appropriate application before the concerned court.
