Counsel for the appellant states that some errors have crept in paras 1, 4, 6 and 7 of the order dated 18.4.2017 with regard to dates. He submits that in the first sentence of para 1, the impugned order has been mentioned as 15.3.2017, whereas the correct date is 1.3.2017; in the last sentence of para 4, the date of the impugned order has been erroneously typed out as 1.3.2013, whereas the correct date is 1.3.2017; in the first sentence of para 6, the correct date of the order is 21.3.2017, whereas it has been typed out as 1.3.2013 and lastly; in para 7, the date of the impugned order has been typed out as 1.3.2013, whereas the correct date is 1.3.2017. Though an advance copy of the present application has been furnished to counsels for the respondents, none is present on their behalf. 3.
Counsel for the petitioner states that he has spoken to the counsels for respondents No.1 to 3 and 4 to 5, and they have stated that they have no objection to the corrections being carried out in the order dated 18.04.2017. 4.
For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. It is directed that the date of the impugned order mentioned in paras 1, 4 and 7 is '1.3.2017' and the date of the order mentioned in the first sentence of para 6 is not 1.3.2013, but '21.3.2017'.

This order shall be read as part and parcel of the order dated 18.4.2017.

The application is disposed of.
