O R D E R

% 25.07.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that direction to pre-deposit Rs. 25/- lakhs within four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy entitles the petitioner to make the said deposit on or before 1st August, 2018. In view of the interim order dated 15th June, 2018 and the concession granted to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner states that they would make the said deposit.

Recording the aforesaid statement, the writ petition is disposed of. We clarify that we have not made any comments on merits. The petitioner, we would also record, is entitled to file reply to the notice issued by the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal and in case of an adverse order, challenge the same in accordance with law.
