W.P.(CRL) 1857/2018 & Crl.M.A. No.11482/2018 This is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of interim police protection from respondent No.4 to 8 as there is a threat of dire consequence to her life from respondent No.4 to 8.

Learned APP for State submits that the petitioner is not residing at the given address as per verification report.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the correct address of the petitioner has been stated in the affidavit. Heard.

For the reasons stated in the petition and the averments made by the petitioner, the SHO concerned to ensure that necessary protection be given to the petitioner subject to filing of an affidavit furnishing her complete address. The mobile numbers of the SHO concerned and also of Beat Constable be provided to the petitioner so that in case of any emergent situation, the petitioner will contact them.

With the above directions, the present petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
