BAIL APPLN. 1429/2018 This is an application under Section 439 Cr.P.C on behalf of the accused/petitioner Amit @ Sonu for extension of interim bail which is expiring on 17.06.2018 on the ground that the wife of the petitioner is still admitted in hospital and she has been operated upon on 14.06.2018 though the surgery was planned for 08.06.2018. Keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has two minor children and his wife has undergone a surgery and is still hospitalised, the interim bail is extended for 10 days on the same terms and

conditions granted vide order dated 31.05.2018. The petitioner shall surrender on 28.06.2018 by 12 pm.

Application stands disposed of.
