In view of the pendency of CS(OS) No.2080/2010, the Test. Cas. No.94/2011 which was originally filed before the court of District Judge, was called to this Court. The suit i.e CS(OS) No.2080/2010 has now CS(OS) 2080/2010 & Test. Cas. 94/2011

to be transferred to the concerned District Court on account of this Court not having pecuniary jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the suit and the testamentary case will now be decided by the concerned District Judge himself or by the competent transferee court.

Let parties appear before the District & Sessions Judge (Central ) Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 28th April, 2016. Suit files be made available to the District & Sessions Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on the date fixed.
