O R D E R

% 14.12.2018 I have recorded the statement of both the petitioner as well as respondent No.1. in the captioned petitions.

O.M.P.(I) 8/2018

To be noted, insofar as OMP (I) No. 10/2018 is concerned, respondent No. 2 is the son of respondent No.1 while respondents No. 3 & 4 are tenants. The tenants were inducted in the Faridabad property described as: 14/5, Mathura Road, Faridabad (in short the 'Faridabad property').

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, no further orders are called for in the captioned petitions. Petitions are disposed of in terms of the settlement which has been recorded in my presence.

In furtherance of the interim order dated 10.08.2018, passed in OMP (I) No. 10/2018, I am informed that rentals were deposited by respondent No. 4 in this Court. The rentals were deposited vis-a-vis the Faridabad property. The Registry will release the rent along with accrued interest, if any, to Mr. Girishi Peshoria. The parties i.e. Mr. Harinder Kumar and Mr.Girish Peshoria, will abide by the terms of settlement. Undertakings to that effect, in the form of affidavits, will be filed both by Mr. Harinder Kumar and Mr.Girish Peshoria within five days from today. Consequently, pending application and CCP in O.M.P.(I) 8/2018 shall stand closed.
