The facts of the case would indicate that one of the civil suits is pending before the Court of learned ADJ, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi as Civil Suit No. 783/2008, where one of the properties is under dispute. However, the suit which is pending before this Court i.e. Suit No. 555/2012 is adjudicating as many as eight properties including the property which is the subject matter of Civil Suit No. 783/2008.

In both the civil suits, the cross-examination of the witnesses has not yet commenced. In civil suit No. 555/2012, even the service of notices to the respective respondents is not complete.

In view of the aforesaid, under the facts of present case, it would be expedient, in the interest of justice, to consolidate both the civil suits and the trial of both the civil suits be conducted analogously. 4.

Accordingly, the Court directs the transfer of Civil Suit No.783/2008 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 14/02/2025 at 12:23:25

to be tried along with Civil Suit No. 555/2012. 5.

In view of the aforesaid, the case stands disposed of. 6.
