The learned counsel for respondents has handed over the finalised policy under which licence for photography within the monuments, are to be granted. Mr Jasmeet Singh also states on instructions that the policy would be implemented within a period of five months. 2.
In view of the above, the interim order passed on 30.05.2017 is directed to continue till the implementation of the policy. 3.
Mr Jasmeet Singh also states that the case of the petitioner for a licence would be processed within a period of four weeks. 4.
The petition is disposed of.
