W.P.(CRL) Nos.1865/2018 & 1866/2018 The petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. have been filed by the petitioners seeking grant of interim police protection to the petitioners from respondent Nos.2 and 3 as

there is a threat of dire consequence to their life from respondent No.2 and 3.

Heard.

For the reasons stated in the petitions and the averments made by the petitioners, the same are allowed. The petitioners are granted police protection from respondent Nos.2 and 3 at the address i.e. WZ-46/3, Mukherjee Park, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. The SHO concerned to ensure that necessary protection be given to the petitioners keeping in view the existing circumstances. The mobile numbers of the SHO concerned and also of Beat Constable be provided to the petitioners so that in case of any emergent situation, the petitioners will contact them.
