% 15.06.2018 CM No.11505/2018 (for exemption) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
W.P.(CRL) 1862/2018 In view of the fact that the parole earlier granted to the petitioner was extended, vide order dated, 01.06.2018, passed by Division Bench of this Court, till today, with the directions to the petitioner to surrender today, it is not possible to accede to the petitioner's prayer for extension of parole. The petitioner is, therefore, directed to surrender today, in terms of the order dated 01.06.2018 (supra); however, the petitioner is at liberty to apply afresh for parole, and any such application, if made, shall be considered on its own merits.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. C.HARI SHANKAR (VACATION JUDGE) JUNE 15, 2018/rk
