% 03.07.2018 The present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Appellate Tribunal for MCD, to hear the application for stay instituted on behalf of the petitioner in Appeal Nos.375/2018 and 376/2018, titled as 'Jeewan Jyoti Educational Cultural Welfare & Charitable Society vs. East Delhi Municipal Corporation', as expeditiously as possible and preferably on the next date of hearing i.e. 04.07.2018 itself, without granting any unwarranted adjournment to the counsel for the parties, in accordance with law. The EDMC is, however, directed to take no further coercive action against the petitioner till the disposal of the said application. The present petition is disposed of and pending application also stands disposed of.
