On the last date of hearing, i.e. 18.06.2018, it was observed as under:- "The applicant seeks interim bail for the purposes of surgery of his wife to remove gallbladder stone. For the said purposes, the applicant was earlier admitted to interim bail on 29.05.2018 for a period of two weeks from the date of his release. Having availed the interim bail for the said period, a fresh application has come to be made on the premise that the surgery could not be undertaken during the period of such interim bail and that, the surgery is now rescheduled for 22.06.2018, though the wife of the applicant is not

admitted for any surgery as of today. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall not approach the Court afresh on the same ground inasmuch as the surgery now scheduled for 22.06.2018 shall be undertaken on the date fixed.

Let the verification report on the medical aspect of the wife of the applicant be filed or produce on the adjourned date. List on 20th June, 2018."

Status report verifies that the surgery opted by the patient/attendant is scheduled for 22.06.2018. Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances, the applicant is granted interim bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his release subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court. The applicant shall remain bound by the statement that came to be made on the last date of hearing.
