% 29.08.2017 This is an application under Sections 438 and 482 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.2884/2015, under Sections 354/342/323/506/34 IPC, registered at Police Station Mehrauli, New Delhi.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent person having no nexus with the allegations as alleged in the FIR. Counsel further submits that the petitioner has already joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation. Counsel further submits that if at all it is required, the petitioner is further ready to join the investigation and further submits that the petitioner may be released on anticipatory bail.
Learned APP for the State on instructions submits that the petitioner
has joined the investigation. Learned APP, however, opposes the bail application.
In these circumstances, the petitioner is further directed to join the investigation and in the event of his arrest, the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, on his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the IO/SHO concerned with the condition that:
(i) He shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence. (ii) He shall not leave the country without prior permission of the concerned Court.
