% 19.01.2016 Learned counsel for the respondent states that his client M/s Mahalaxmi Textiles Industries/claimant has raised the claim of Rs.89 lacs along with interest which is less than Rs.1 crore. The award has been passed for Rs.60 lacs. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the matter be transferred to the District Court as the valuation of the claim is less than Rs.1 crore. Under these circumstances, in view of Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24th November,2015 and in exercise of power conferred by Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, (Act 23 of 2015), which came into force with effect from 26th October, vide Notification No.

F.No.L19015/04/2012-Jus dated 26th October, issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Law, Justice & Company Affairs published in Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3 Subsection (ii), the present matter is liable to be transferred to the learned District Judge New Delhi (Patiala House), Patiala House

Courts, New Delhi. Parties to appear before the concerned Court on 25th February, 2016.
