BAIL APPLN. 1443/2018 & CRL.M.(BAIL) 1012/2018 On an advance copy of the petition having been served Ms.Aashaa Tiwari appears on behalf of the State. After making the submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn but liberty may be granted to appear before the CMM (South) Saket Courts, New Delhi to surrender and make appropriate application. He submits that till then protection may be granted to the petitioner. In the circumstances, the petition is hereby dismissed as

withdrawn with such liberty.

In case the petitioner surrenders to the concerned CMM by 28.06.2018, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner till then.

Petition stands disposed of in above terms.
