% 25.10.2016 The petitioner seeks parole, inter alia, on the ground of filing a special leave petition in the Supreme Court.
The petitioner is incarceration for about 10 years, including the period of remission. It is trite to say that every convict/accused is entitled to exhaust all the legal remedies, as may be available to him/her upto the higher forum. The address of the petitioner has been verified. Keeping in view the totality of circumstances, the petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees
Ten Thousand only), with one surety in the like amount, to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. On completion of the parole period, petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent. The petitioner shall report to the Station House Officer, Police Station Anand Parbat, Delhi once in a week, i.e., on Monday.
The petition is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of the order be sent to Jail Superintendent for serving it on the petitioner and also for compliance.
