% 27.05.2016 Learned counsel for the MCD submitted that the premises have been desealed. It is also stated that the premises are old premises covered under the National Capital Territory of Delhi Laws (Special Provisions) second Act, 2011 and therefore are protectable from demolition up to 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner disputes this position and states that he would seek appropriate remedies for this purpose and seeks to withdraw the present writ petition.
