O R D E R
% 19.07.2016 By this writ petition, petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he intends to search a suitable match for his sister and also for maintaining social ties with his family. Address of the petitioner has been verified. Out of the sentence of seven years, petitioner has already undergone sentence of more than six years.
Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. During the parole period, petitioner shall stay at the address, that is, House No.1/7727, Gali No. 2, East Gorakh Park, Shahdara, Delhi.
He shall also report to the SHO of the concerned police station once in a week, that is, on Mondays at 10:00 am and give his contact number to the SHO. Petitioner shall not leave the territory bounds of Delhi and after completion of parole period he shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.
Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of this order be sent to Jail Superintendent. A.K. PATHAK, J.
