% 27.06.2018 Notice. Mr. M.P. Singh, learned APP accepts notice. By this petition the petitioner seeks interim bail for one week to attend his father's eye operation. Verification report has been filed. It is submitted by the learned APP that on making enquiry by the Investigating Officer it was found that the father of the petitioner namely Sh. Jai Prakash has been advised R/E Yag Lap Sulotomy, which is an OPD procedure and does not require any admission. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that his father has been given an appointment for 29.06.2018 by the doctor at Guru Nanak Eye Centre, New Delhi.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be taken in custody to the said hospital to look after his father on 29.06.2018.

In the circumstances, the petitioner is ordered to be taken in custody to Guru Nanak Eye Centre, New Delhi on 29.06.2018 at 9 a.m. to look after his father and taken back to the custody to the concerned Jail.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.

Copy of the order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master.
