% 13.07.2018 The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer "Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondent to comply with its Interview Call Letter dated May 10, 2018 for the post of 'Geophysicist (Surface)' and to permit the Petitioner to appear for interview before the Interview Board constituted by the Respondent for the purpose". Counsel for the respondent states at the bar that the petitioner has already been interviewed on 06.07.2018.

Admittedly, the prayer of the petitioner has already been met out. As a result, the present petition has rendered infructuous and disposed of accordingly.

Pending application, if any, also disposed.
