W.P.(C) 6628/2018 & CM APPL.25282/2018 (Stay) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though earlier there was some default in reporting the details to the security agencies, the same was for to the reasons not attributable to the petitioner. She further submits that these defaults have since been removed by the petitioner. She submits that the petitioner would like to make a representation in this regard to the respondent.

The present petition is disposed of with the direction that incase such representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the respondent expeditiously.
