% 30.08.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent points out that the grievance of the petitioner had been addressed before the National Green Tribunal and order had been passed on the pleas set up by the petitioner on 12.05.2016. Copy of that order has been placed on record. The impleadment of the present petitioner in those proceedings has been noted.

Since none has appeared for the petitioner, petition is dismissed in default as also for non-prosecution.
