This is an application seeking to withdraw the writ petition. Issue notice. Mr. Kush Sharma accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicants/ respondents. Learned counsel for the respondents does not wish to file a reply to the captioned application. Mr. Kush Sharma who appears for the respondents says that he has no objection to the prayer made in the application being allowed.

Accordingly, the prayer made in the application is allowed. W.P.(C) 2858/2017 & CM No. 14126/2017 3.

In view of the order passed in CM No. 13695/2018, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Case will be consigned to record room. 4.

Resultantly, the date already fixed in the writ petition, i.e., 25.07.2018 shall stand cancelled.
