% 20.06.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent would comply with the order passed by the Sole Arbitrator and de-seal the licensed premises within a period of two days from today. He further submits that the respondent shall, however be referring the matter to the Monitoring Committee appointed by the Supreme Court.

This is not a question before this Court, therefore, no opinion is expressed on the same.
