% 09.07.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the East Delhi Municipal Corporation has handed over in Court today a copy of the communication dated 6th July, 2018 issued by Administrative Officer, R.P.Cell, East Delhi Municipal Corporation to Sh. Sunil Kumar whereby the latter has been informed that the letter impugned in the present petition stands withdrawn.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Leave and liberty granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
