During the course of hearing learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, on instructions, concedes that the role attributed to the applicant is similar to the co-accused Montu, who has been admitted to regular bail by this court on 11.06.2018. Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances and the grounds of parity, the applicant is admitted to bail on furnishing his personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
