% 02.06.2016 The possession has already been handed over to the petitioner. Both the parties admit that the Arbitrator was not keeping fit. The arbitration proceedings are pending since 2011.

The present petition is disposed of requesting the Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties within 12 months from today.

Both the parties agree to cooperate with the sole Arbitrator. No further orders are required to be passed. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
