% 04.12.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parties have settled the dispute in the mediation centre vide settlement agreement dated 13.07.2018, which is annexed with the petition, in terms of para 6(a) to 6(f) and that the parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement so arrived at between the parties and as such the petition can be disposed of.
