% 09.08.2018 Mr. Saket Sikri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1/Council of Architecture has placed on record a communication dated 23.07.2018, reference No.CA/5/AcademicOR05 whereby, extension of approval for the intake of 20 students to the 5 year full-time Bachelor of Architecture course for the academic session 2018-19 has been granted, subject to compliance of the norms of the Council of Architecture, by the petitioner institute. A copy thereof has been furnished to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner institute.

In view of the foregoing, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner institute seeks leave to withdraw this petition. Leave granted.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
