However, learned counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submits that the respondents shall not dispossess petitioner from the Hostel till April 2019 in order to enable the petitioner to complete his B.ed Course which should be completed by April, 2019. He states that after the said date, the petitioner would have to comply with the rules and regulations as hostel accommodation is not available to married students.
