W.P.(CRL) 1113/2017 Issue notice. Mr.Rahul Mehra, senior standing counsel for the respondent accepts notice and has handed over the status report which is taken on record. The status report shows that the address provided by the petitioner i.e. House no.G-18, Village Ghazipur, Delhi, where he claims to have lived with the missing girl Meenu in live-in relationship has been verified and it is found that the petitioner and said Meenu were not residing at this address. The permanent address

of the petitioner is Gurgaon, Harynana and even respondent no.4, father of the missing girl is residing at Faridabad, Haryana. No complaint has been lodged with the PS of NCT of Delhi. The petitioner and Ms.Meenu have earlier preferred W.P.(Crl.)736/2017 to seek protection from this court. The court had taken note of the said position. In view thereof, the writ petition had been withdrawn with liberty to approach the court again, if necessary. In view of the aforesaid position while at the stage when we are inclined to dismiss the petition on account of lack of jurisdiction, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to approach the competent court.
