This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking quashing of FIR No.0194/2016, registered under Section 420/406/506 IPC, at PS Vikaspuri. 2.

Status report has been filed wherein it is mentioned that the State is going to file the closure report in the present FIR which is already prepared and signed on 22nd October, 2017 by the ACP Tilak Nagar. 3.

In view of the status report, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy, if so required.
