Bail Appln. No. 1457/2018 Incident occurred when the police officials visited the house of the applicant in connection with the investigation in case FIR No. 227/2017 under Section 442/448/451/452/506/34 IPC, in which the applicant and his father were the accused. During that course, interalia, uniform of the police official is also said to have been torn. Apparently, the alleged misbehaviour of the accused persons and causing obstruction in the discharge of the official duties of the police
officials was not pre-meditated. The main accused, who is the father of the applicant, was granted bail on the same date of his arrest and the applicant by himself is aged only about 19 years. No recovery of any article is to be effected from the applicant. Keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances, the applicant is directed to join the investigation as and when called by the IO and in the event of his arrest, the applicant shall be released on bail on his executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
The application stands disposed of.
