% 19.12.2016 Pursuant to the order dated 12th July, 2016 petitioner was released from the jail on parole.

However, after completion of parole period petitioner did not surrender in jail.

Accordingly, vide order dated 27th September, 2016 NBWs were issued against the petitioner and notice was directed to be issued to the surety. It has been reported that petitioner was arrested in Punjab in another case and has been re-admitted in jail on 9th November, 2016. No further orders are to be passed in this petition. A.K.
