% 12.07.2018 Learned counsel for the respondents submit that in terms of the Arbitration Agreement between the parties, the Arbitral Tribunal has been constituted as the respondents have appointed its Nominee Arbitrator and also the Presiding Arbitrator.
As the Arbitral Tribunal stands constituted, the Interim Order dated 20.06.2018 is extended by a further period of fifteen days from today within which time the petitioner shall file an appropriate application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, if so advised. It is further directed that the said application shall be considered by the Arbitral Tribunal on its own merit uninfluenced by any observations made by this Court in its order dated 20.06.2018.
