O R D E R

% 20.07.2018 CRL.M.A. 27987/2018 (by applicant u/s 482/439 Cr. PC for extension of interim bail) In terms of the last order dated 22.06.2018, the police has verified that the petitioner's wife has a history of ailment in her digestive system which requires surgical intervention. The surgery was earlier scheduled in the month of June, 2018 but had postponed due to medical complications of the patient. The surgery is now scheduled on the 25th July, 2018. The Nominal Roll of the petitioner shows that his conduct in the jail is satisfactory. Liberty granted earlier has not been misused by him. His address has been verified. The petitioner is already on bail and attending to his ailing wife.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted by order dated 22.06.2018 is extended for another four weeks on the same terms and conditions.

The application stands disposed-off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti to the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
